Have a silly dress up day at home. There are so many things you can do you make the school day more exciting, just be creative and have fun!

Create a healthy snack bar. Start the school day off right each day with a nutritious balanced meal. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and gives us the fuel we need to power through our hectic schedule.
