Telehealth uses modern video technology to connect with your family’s pediatrician from the comfort of your own home.
DURING YOUR VISIT
Video conferencing with your child’s provider is just like an in-person visit. Your child’s provider will review medical history and symptoms and treat accordingly, including prescribing medications if needed.
Common medical problems can be treated through a telehealth visit such as:
- Minor Scrapes and Cuts
- Vomiting and Diarrhea (2 years old and older)
- Insect Bites
- Pink Eye
- Follow-Up Medication Checks
- Lactation Consulting
- Head Lice
- Ingrown Toenail
Set up for your child’s telehealth visit is simple. Connect using your computer, phone, or tablet through our secure patient portal. A parent or legal guardian must be present for the visit. To view the telehealth visit support and FAQ page, log in to your child's Patient Portal account and click on the TeleVisit Help section on the left hand side.
