An annual physical is critical for a child to make sure he or she is on track physically, developmentally, and mentally and to diagnose any issues.

Some schools, summer camps, sporting activities, and other basic activities may require a physical to prove your child is healthy and immunized.

Keeping your child immunized on schedule helps him or her have a healthy childhood at home and in school and prevent serious illness or disease.

Abscesses, burns, cuts, sutures, and broken bones can all necessitate a trip to the pediatrician's office to alleviate a trauma to the skin or bones.
